Late Collection Charges (Welly Wallabies)
A late collection charge will be made at a rate of £5 for the first 15 minutes and £1 a minute after that.
All incidents of late collection will be recorded by Welly Extra staff and discussed with the parents / carers at the earliest opportunity. Parents and carers will be informed that persistent late collection may result in the loss of their child’s place at the Club.
You will be charged for each session you have booked and total payment for these sessions will be due in advance by ParentPay. If you have booked a session and no longer need it, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can update the register and make the place available for a late booking. If we are not informed, you will still be charged for the session. However, as long as you give us 24 hours notice, we can refund the session price. If you have a Welly Wallabies session booked and your child falls ill during the school day and is sent home, you will be refunded the price for that day’s session.
